Data we collect

The site only asks for personal data when you write to us through its forms: name, email address and, depending on the form, city, country, phone, dates, indicative budget, measurements for fitting a piece, your message and an optional attachment. No personal data is collected on a simple visit, beyond the host’s technical logs.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your requests and preparing an order: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Managing the relationship and the atelier’s activity: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Recipients and transfers

Form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, Inc. (USA); the site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Both act as processors under recognised transfer safeguards (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework). No data is sold or shared for advertising.

Retention

Exchanges that do not lead to an order are kept at most three years after the last contact. Order-related data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived as required by law.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics.

• NEXT_LOCALE: a preference cookie remembering your language, exempt from consent.
• Browser local storage: display preferences (for example, that the introduction has been seen). This stays on your device.
• Technical security cookies set by Cloudflare to protect the site.
